So, a few weeks ago Mike was mowing the lawn. It's hot, and he was almost done. Lily goes running out to him with a balloon, and asks him if he will play catch with her. He immediately stops, turns off the lawn mower, and proceeds to spend the next 20 minutes playing catch with her. She was so happy. They were playing in the grass and her balloon kept popping, so Mike would get her a new one. The amazing thing about this, is Mike really only had about 10 more minutes of mowing left before he would be done. Mike isn't one of those guys who tries to put off mowing the lawn either. He loves it. It's one of his favorite chores to do. (I am not being sarcastic, he really loves it - I don't get it.) Instead of telling his little 2 year old to wait, he stopped and played with her that minute. Unfortunatly she got bored with the game about the minute that I grabbed my camera to take a picture. However, Cass decided this was a fun game, and she wanted to play, so at least I got a picture of her playing the very girly version of catch that we play at our house. 
This is why I married Mike.

That is so cute. We are so lucky to have such good guys! Now if we could only get mine to convert to a U fan!!!!
